Senior ICT Associate

UP ISC is seeking a highly qualified Senior ICT Associate to join our team and support the UP Data Commons (UPDC). The role focuses on ensuring operational stability and delivering high-quality ICT services across UPDC’s infrastructure. The Senior ICT Associate will work directly with the technical team and external partners to develop and implement ICT plans and provide key support for data center operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree relevant to the job
At least 3 years of relevant experience
12 hours of relevant training
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure stable operations and services through the development of UPDC IT resources.
Design and deliver services deployed through HCI, storage, HPC, and UPDC networks.
Assist in developing and executing strategic plans for UPDC’s growth and service optimization.
Provide auxiliary technical support in coordination with external agencies and partners.
Collaborate with other technical staff and coordinating parties for smooth operations.
Draft and generate reports and charts related to UPDC operations.

Senior ICT Assistant
Posted 9 October 2024UP ISC is looking for a Senior ICT Assistant who would be reporting directly to the Deputy Director for Facilities. The Senior ICT Assistant will support the daily operations and maintenance of the UP Data Commons (UPDC). We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who is skilled in ICT operations and motivated to contribute in a university setting. If you have experience in maintaining IT infrastructure, enjoy working with technology, and are ready to assist with data management solutions, we encourage you to apply.

4 hours of relevant training
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the UPDC facilities
Assist implementation of duly approved plans for UPDC
Assist in aggregating data and generating reports for UPDC operations
